Yeah, some stuff that worries me lately, all opinions are most than welcome ^_-

Besides of hard work (a thing that I'm doing from day to day, my MSN contacts can confirm it XD) what more needs an artist in order to improve?

Curiosity is one of those things for sure, question about yourself, about your art, try new thinks, etc...

But what bugs me lately is about tools, thinks like "why use traditional inks when i can get the same or better result with a ballpoint pen (and I'm not planning to color the pic).

Also, other thinks like if I should focus in learn traditional color, digital, watercolors (or if there are around somebody nice enough to color all my pics XD).

I see some improvement in my art, but is far, far away for what i want, and is a little bit frustrating (and lot of funny XD) to see that, the more you learn, the more you notice on your lacks...

Weno, unas cosillas que me preocupan ultimamente, así que todas las opiniones son más que bienvenidas.

Aparte de trabajo duro (algo que obiamente hago cada dia, mis contactos de MSN pueden confirmarlo XD) que más necesita un artista para mejorar?

Curiosidad es una de esas cosas seguro, preguntarte acerca de lo que haces, de como son las cosas, de probar cosas nuevas, etc...

Pero lo que me toca los wivols ultimamente son las herramientas, porque usar entintado tradicional si con un pilot hago la misma faena (a veces mejor) y no tengo intención de pintarlo?

Y ya puestos, debería centrarme en color tradicional o color digital (o alguien de vosotros lo suficientemente majo para pintar todos mis dibujillos? XD)

Desde el principio de este año veo mejoría en mi trabajo, pero aún esta lejos, muy lejos de lo que realmente quiero lograr y sinceramente, es un poco frustrante (a la par que la mar de divertido) ver como cuanto más sabes, más cuenta te das de que fallas por todos lados...

EDIT! 's cat is OK now, and the vet is already been paid, but still feel free to comision him, is always nice to receive money for drawings :3 EDIT!

is taking comisions too, he needs to get a new scanner (cause the old one suffered a fatality or something). But you can take it easy in that one, he's still realizing how Paypal works, but go to his page and ask him what you want and how much can you pay, he'll be happy to hear it ^_^

The AMAZING EGJ weird facts... did i do that before?

1. I rarely run out of hapiness, don't know cause I'm a fool or what, but I always try to see the bright side of things (that doesn't means that I'm not noticing the inmense shit the whole world is).

2. Most of the time, when I walk, is like I'm doing small jumps, people say that looks funny and my family says that my grandpa aslo walked that way...

3. Great Agility/ flexibility, you saw Matrix right? I can "bullet dodging" pose, no FX needed!

4. Normally, when I see other artists works i go trought 3 stages:
- OMGTHAT'SFUKCINAWESOME!
- I'll never be able to do that... depress... die... shit...
- I'M THE AMAZING EGJ, I CAN DO WATHEVER I WANT IF I WORK HARD ENOUGH, ORAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

5. I always try to help other people, don't know why... that normally leads to backstabs, but I never learn... I should be more... "bad person" maybe.

6. I love kind actions, one of the best ways to cheer me up is to see one person helping other person for no reason, in those days that's actually hard to see...

7. I'm normally friendly and almost never lost my temper... sometimes but I reach into a rage explosion (always for a reason, of course) that end with me kikcing all inanimate objects that i find in the way.

8. And for the last one... I love number 8, don't know the reason... also, I hate 7 XD

La cosa va de que se puede hacer una ley sobre los trabajos "huerfanos" esos trabajos son todos los que haces y que no registras con Copyright, esa ley pretende que haya gente que pueda usar esos trabajos huerfanos para su propio beneficio si lo cree conveniente.
Lo que nos obliga a registrar TODOS los dibujos que hagamos si no queremos que nos los roben (así a voz de pronto viene a ser esto).

La cosa solo es en USA, pero no nos vamos a engañar, me toca los cojones un rato largo, por mi parte, ya he enviado un mail de queja (de esos que no se lee nadie y que no sirven de nada, pero ya es algo).

Como artistas DEBEIS hacer algo al respecto, aunque solo sea un triste y misero mail, ya sabeis, de muchos granos se hacen montañas.

Hola amigos de lo extraño y lo raro de por si.
Hoy vamos a entrar en el misterioso mundo de los coches poseidos, de que carajo hablo os preguntareis?

Vereis, iva yo tan feliz a trabajar (mentira, nunca se va uno feliz al curro) cosa de las 5:40 de la mañana y, cuando salgo a la calle, coño, si está todo a oscuras, nada hombre, fallo en el alumbrado general, no me importa.

Voy a subir al coche y noto que el coche aparcado delante de mi tiene la radio encendida (una de esas radios azul cobalto que brillan tanto) y que va canviando la emisora de radio.
No se porque, me pica la curiosidad y en lugar de subir al coche, me acerco a ver que carajo pasa.
A la que estoy a dos pasos del coche, la radio se apaga, me acerco mas y despues de mirar y remirar bien dentro del coche, no hay nadie en el asiento de alante, en el de copiloto ni en los de atras, miro otra vez para ver si es que no me he fijado.

Vacio.

Me encojo de hombros y vuelvo a mi coche, no si antes darme la vuelta para mirar al coche por ultima vez y de golpe, plaf, radio encendida otra vez.

Abro los ojos de par en par y grito: Una puta mierda, que se ocupe Iker Jimenez o su madre, que yo no tengo ni tiempo ni paciencia para esto!

Así pues, subo al coche y me largo como si nada hubiera pasado.

Ataque de la radio fantasma, UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH!!!

Hiya devs, i'm back, and after get some rest and work hard in work must say that Angouleme was just wonderfull, i hope here learn about how to do a convention like that.
Angouleme was full of nice Chatedrals and all the city has that old- looking style that makes so great.
